Bill Payment

Okfuskee Co Rural Water District 3 offers a variety of convenient payment options. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

1. PAY ONLINE*

The most convenient way to pay your bill.  Simply click on the red "Pay Your Bill Online" button and you will be taken to a secure site to pay your bill.  Fast, easy and simple. Online payments are generally posted the next business day.

2. PAY BY MOBILE APP*

Download "PSN Payments" from the App Store® or Google Play™"

TIP: Go online the first time to create your payer profile.

3. PAY BY PHONE*

You can pay your bill by calling toll free 1-877-885-7968 and pay by echeck or credit/debit card.

4. PAYMENT BY MAIL 

Please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, all payments should be postmarked on or before the 10th of the month. Mail payments to:

5. DROP BOX

Located to the right of the main entry door you will find the drop box. Please include your bill card or your customer number on your check or with your payment.  Payments will be posted next business day.

6. PAY IN PERSON. (We now accept payments by Credit/Debit Cards in the Office)

As always you may bring your payment to our Office during our business hours. Office hours are 8:30 am until 2:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 8:30 am until 5:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday.  Our Staff will be happy to assist you with your payment and answer any questions you may have concerning your bill.

*Payments made on line, through the PSN Payments mobile APP, or by credit/debit card  are subject to the following charges: A $1.00 fee will be charged for checking/savings payments; 2.75% (+.50¢ if payment is less than $100) will be applied to credti/debit card payments.
